Before opening North Texas Home Finders, he has served as General Manager of a Real Estate company with over 75 agents. Prior to that, Cody owned and ran an organization dedicated to helping companies and their salespeople effectively commmunicate with and take care of their clients.

North Texas Home Finders allows Cody to work closely with clients and give them the benefit of his many experiences and his expertise in the home buying process. Cody is an avid sports fan and enjoys rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Houston Astros. When not helping his clients secure great deals on homes, Cody enjoys officiating basketball games at the high school and college level. He has been a referee for over 15 years, and loves being a part of the game.

Since entering the Real Estate field in 2001, Teresa has helped over 500 people realize their dreams of home ownership. Teresa started her career with a national homebuilder as an on-site sales representative. She quickly moved through the ranks and ended up a General Sales Manager for Dallas' most successful sales force. Teresa realized that the key to her happiness was to get back to helping people.
